At Jen K Online, we want you to love your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that sale items and intimate apparel are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Jen K Online account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
